Port Douglas. The famous Queensland Mud Crab
or “Muddie” contains plenty of sweet, juicy
meat. The claws and body of the Mud Crab are
a prized delicacy. The moist meat of the
North Queensland Mud Crab has a marvelous,
distinct and sweet flavor, characterized by
large firm grains and a rich earthy flavor.
When dining at On The Inlet seafood

own live mud crab from the live tanks. Our
chefs will prepare your selected mud crab
and serve it in your choice of 3 styles –
Mud Crab Singapore Chili, Mud Crab Garlic
Black Bean or simply steamed Mud Crab with a
